Run day-to-day execution on residential builds, and report progress honestly enough that we can publish it.
What you will do
- Supervise contractors against specification and programme
- Quality checks at each stage with dated photographic records
- Flag variance early — we would rather hear bad news on time
- Maintain material and labour records for client reporting
What we need
- BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 2+ years on residential sites in Pakistan
- PEC registration
Nice to have
- Experience with turnkey interior fit-out
